Per reftel, on December 5 the embassy delivered the LRTAP demarche
to Second Secretary Vladan Lazovic in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs' Directorate for Human Rights and Environmental Protection.
On December 11, Mr. Lazovic told us that his government would
support amendments to the POPs Protocol.
