Per reftel, on October 2 the Embassy delivered the Financing for
Development demarche to Vanja Radonjic-Rakic, Counselor at the
Directorate for the United Nations in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Ms. Radonjic-Rakic said she would encourage ministries
with the appropriate level of expertise to attend the Review
Conference in Doha. Ms. Radonjic-Rakic could not confirm Serbia's
attendance.
