(S) China does not have informQon to share with the United
States at this time on its investigation of the export
control violations of the Chinese firm LIMMT, MFA Arms
Control and Disarmament Department Missile Division Deputy
Director Wang Daxue told PolOff on February 28. Wang said
China attaches "great importance" to the additional
information the United States shared with China on LIMMT's
activities (reftels),but is not able to provide "feedback"
to the United States by February 29. China's investigation
is ongoing and will take time to complete, he added.
