(U) POLOFF provided reftel nonpaper to MFA Arms Control and
Disarmament Department Nuclear Division Deputy Director Sun
Lei on March 20, informing the PRC that Future Bank, Bahrain
has been designated by the Department of Treasury pursuant to
Executive Order 13382. Sun told POLOFF on March 21 that he
was carefully reviewing the information and that the MFA will
forward the notification to other relevant agencies.
