(U) Emboff delivered reftel demarche to MFA D1 Director for
UN and International Organizations and Conferences,
Ambassador Alexandros Rallis on April 4. Rallis responded
that he plans to attend the Global Initiative to Combat
Nuclear Terrorism Exercise Planning Group in Paris on April
¶15. Rallis stated that "matters of WMD proliferation, as
well as efforts to combat terrorism in all its forms, are of
particular national security concern" and that the GoG hopes
to contribute to the constructive dialogue of this newly
established initiative.
