¶19. Agathocles expressed appreciation for the points, but
had no substantive reply. MFA sources confirmed that he
Greek position remains that it has "taken no decision" on
recognition of an independent osovo. FM Bakoyannis has
instructed the MFA Balkan and EU departments to be supportive
of NATO and EU activities in Kosovo, but to demur when asked
about recognition.
