1. (SBU) POLOFF delivered reftel points on harmonized
conditions of service and streamlined contractual
arrangements at the UN on December 16 to Emmanuel
Papadoyorgakis, Counselor for UN issues of the Greek MFA D1
Directorate for UN and International Organizations and
Conferences. Papadoyorgakis thanked us for the information,
but was unable to comment whether Greece would support the
U.S. position on this issue.
