1. (U) On December 4, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to
MFA D1 First Secretary Loukas Tsokos and Expert on
Disarmament Issues Pantelis Margaris. Tskokos confirmed that
Greece will join consensus on the text for amendment of NSG
Nuclear Guidelines on control of transfers of ENR equipment
and technology. He had no other substantive comments.
