(SBU) On January 28, 2008, EmbOff and Russian Embassy
Representative Alexander Shalak delivered reftel points on
private sector outreach and the Global Initiative to MFA
First Counselor Dionyssios Kyvetos. EmbOff highlighted the
upcoming Fourth Political Meeting as an opportunity for
participants from the private sector to join representatives
from the Greek MFA. Kyvetos announced that he would not be
able o attend the meeting as he will be departing Athns in
April for an onward assignment. Kyvetos assured EmbOff that
he would alert his succesor to the meeting. In addition, he
said he ould examine outreach to rivate-sector companies,
particularly shipping companies. (NOTE: Russian
Representative Alexander Shalak will also be leaving post in
