from the Paraguayan government requested in reftel:
¶A. Attendance of the Head of State:
-- Fernando Lugo Mendez, president.
-- Lugo will arrive in New York September 21 and may depart
September 25 (to be confirmed). He will be present for the
General Debate.
-- Lugo is unmarried.
-- Lugo will require interpretation.
¶B. Attendance of the Foreign Minister:
-- Alejandro Hamed Franco, foreign minister.
-- Hamed will arrive in New York September 21 and may depart
September 25 (to be confirmed). He will be present for the
General Debate.
-- Hamed's spouse will not travel to New York.
-- Hamed will not require interpretation.
