Per reftel, on July 22, 2008, Embassy conveyed invitation to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to participate in the
Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism conference on legal
and regulatory frameworks that will take place at the George C.
Marshall European Center for Security Studies in
Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany on September 4 and 5, 2008. Any
