Per reftel, on March 31, 2008 Embassy conveyed to the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan the demarche about the international
conference on Afghanistan in Paris, France and requested that the
Ministry indicate who, if anybody, will represent the Government of
Turkmenistan at the meeting. Any substantive response will be
