Per Reftel, on January 22, 2008 Embassy conveyed to Turkmenistan's
Ministry of Foreign Affairs the request on behalf of the Immediate
Central Contact (ICC) of the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic
Missile Proliferation (HCOC) and urged the Government of
Turkmenistan to submit its Annual Declaration by March 31, 2008.
Any substantive response will be reported septel.
