¶1. (U) We delivered the demarche regarding the "Compliance
with non-proliferation, arms limitation and disarmament
agreements and commitments" (reftel) to MFA Nonproliferation
and Disarmament Section Head Mustafa Yurdakul on November 29.
Yurdakul said the USG can count on GOT support for the
resolution at the UNGA plenary.
