and determined there is no derogatory information about the
company, industry, or its prospects. Please see more detail
in the internal report emailed to Alfredo Rodriguez by Robert
Dunn on May 28. We have no available information on any
company or individual ties or involvement in terrorism, money
laundering, corruption, or violations of law. Pursuant to
the internal report, Fersan's commercial and developmental
prospects seem strong.
