(SBU) On February 14, 421 Palestinian Authority Presidential
Guard (PG) personnel entered Jordan to begin their two-month,
USG-funded training program at the Jordan International
Police Training Center (JIPTC). After gathering in Jericho,
the PG forces crossed the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge into
Jordan smoothly and are now residing at JIPTC. The PG forces
join 606 Palestinian National Security Forces (NSF) - now in
the third week of their four-month program - currently
training at JIPTC.
