(SBU) Polmiloff delivered reftel message February 12 to
Khalid Takhayneh, head of the Disarmament and Specialized
Agencies Unit of the International Organizations Department
of the Foreign Ministry. Takhayneh said that the Foreign
Ministry would consider the points and concerns raised in
reftel; post will follow up. Takhayneh also indicated that
Jordan was unlikely to have a representative at the
Wellington meeting.
