Bladehane (equivalent to Assistant Secretary) on February 16.
Bladehane understood the need for advance coordination with
the U.S. on any effort to list individuals or entities
associated with Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) under
UNSCR 1267. Bladehane told Ambassador that he was unaware of
any Algerian planning to propose new names.
