Mr. Liu Sheng-tsai, CSIST Procurement Official, confirmed the order for subject commodities and the end-use stated in the reftel. ¶3. Mr. Liu also stated that Evergo Instruments Inc., a Taiwan trading company, is the contractor to purchase the commodities on CSIST's behalf.
