The below listed Ethiopian military officer is the head of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) Peacekeeping Operations Department. The ACOTA program is ready to begin operations with his organization and requires Leahy vetting before they can proceed. Post has no derogatory information. ¶2.
