Director of International Organizations Affairs Paul Essel,
urging Ghana to ensure the swift implementation of the dual
use item provision of UNSCR 1803. Essel said that Ghana does
not export this type of technology, that it opposes the use
of nuclear technology for other than peaceful purposes, and
that it continues to support efforts to peacefully resolve
the Iranian nuclear issue.
