2. Embassy reports that, as of this date, the Department of State
has no credible information regarding gross abuse of human rights on
the part of Kehinde ILESANMI, Abdulrahman Mohammed NMAYAWO, Wesley
GAMBO, Towanu Abiodun HUNDEYIN, Anthonia Ifeoma OPARA, Fredrick
ODIAWA and Ruth Simi WANGS who will attend the Train-the-Trainer
training on Fraudulent Documents in Gaborone, Botswana from June
16-20, 2008. They will arrive in Gaborone from Johannesburg on June
14, 2008 at 10:25am on South African Airways flight number SA 1763.
Participants will depart to Johannesburg on June 22, 2008 at 11.00am
on South African Airways Flight number SA 1794. Anthonia Opara and
Fredrick Odiawa will depart from Gaborone on June 22, 2008 at
12:45am on South African Airways Flight SA 1778.


3. Economy fare from Lagos to Gaborone and return per participant
is $1445. Each participant will receive a stipend of $30; Local
airfare travel for participants from Abuja to Lagos and Back is
$240.


4. Medical Clearance: All participants have obtained medical
clearance.
