On March 12, 2008 Export Control Officer received an additional related request to determine the relationship between Super Alloys LLC and Al Amyal Aviation Services, Sharjah Airport Freezone, Sharjah, UAE. ¶2. On March 19, 2008, Export Control Officer (ECO) Nasir Khan attempted to locate Al Amyal Aviation Services at the Sharjah Airport Freezone (SAIF). ECO was unable to locate a physical site despite contacting SAIF Zone Administration, Security, and Postal officials. ECO attempted to call the phone number provided for Al Amyal and after many attempts was finally able to establish contact with a receptionist. The receptionist provided contact information for a Mr. Constantine who she identified as the Financial Director for Al Amyal. ¶3. ECO called Mr. Constantine and queried him on Al Amyal's relationship with Super Alloys in Dubai. Constantine stated that Al Amyal had requested a quote from Super Alloys at one point but it was only to check prices on steel for various construction projects but they never entered into any agreement to purchase to receive any shipments. Constantine advised that Al Amyal has no business dealings with Super Alloys LLC and he had no further information on this issue. QUINN
