Reftel requested that post conduct a post-shipment verification at Lucky Recycling, Jebal Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE for the shipment of industrial furnace cooling tower parts exported as No License Required by Inductotherm Corporation, Rancocas, New Jersey. ¶2. On 11 Dec 2008, Export Control Officer (ECO) met with Mr. Irshad Ahmed, Coordinator, General Purchase, Lucky Alloys Ltd, Jebal Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. Ahmed explained that Lucky Alloys (www.luckyalloys.com) specializes in the recycling of scrap metal which is then melted into aluminum casts. These casts are used as raw material for various industrial purposes. ECO's observations of the facility were consistent with a large scale scrap metal recycling plant. Reqarding this shipment of cooling tower furnace parts, Ahmed showed ECO the cooling tower shipment which will be integrated into Lucky's scrap metal recycling operations. Ahmed also readily provided ECO copies of all appropriate documentation related to this transaction. ¶3. Post considers Lucky Recycling Ltd to be a reliable recipient of U.S. origin equipment for this transaction. OLSON
