Foreign Affairs Dr. Anwar Gargash on December 14, urging support for
the draft UNSCR. Dr. Gargash noted that Foreign Minister Abdullah
bin Zayed would be in New York for related discussions this week and
said he (Dr. Gargash) saw no problem with the U.S. position stated
