(SBU) Treasury OFAC officer delivered ref B talking points and
related press releases on the revocation of Iran's U-turn license to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on November 10. Treasury Attache
also informed large resident banks of the change in regulations.
Treasury U/S Stuart Levey also discussed the revocation with senior
UAE financial officials during his November 18-19 visit (septel).
