finance officials in Dubai (Ref B). Officials expressed their
concern about Iran's activities and said that continued pressure is
having an impact. The Ambassador and Consul General in Dubai also
followed up on the demarche with Minister of State for Cabinet
Affairs (and key Dubai interlocutor) Mohammed Gergawi.
