Embassy Abidjan received a message of congratulations to the President Elect from Henri Konan Bedie, former President of Cote d'Ivoire (1993-1999) and currently leader of one of the country's three major political parties, the Democratic Party of Cote d'Ivoire, known by its French acronym, PDCI.
