RESOLUTION AT THE UNGA

POL Chief delivered reftel demarche to MFA Chief of Staff
Josko Klisovic on October 25. Klisovic said that Croatia was
unlikely to change its vote, given the long history of voting
for these resolutions. But he promised they would consider
including an EOV expressing support for democracy in Cuba and
concerns about the government's human rights record. He said
he would review the issue with colleagues in the ministry.
