International Organizations and Security Pjer Simunovic on
July 24. Simunovic reported that Croatia has adopted and
ratified the International Convention for the Suppression of
Acts of Nuclear Terrorism. In addition, the GoC is in the
final stages of developing legislation to criminalize
activities targeted by the convention that are not yet
criminalized under Croatian law: namely contributing to acts
of terrorism by brokering the trade of nuclear materials.
