1. Reftel points were delivered to Andrej Dogan at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and European Integration - Department for the United
Nations on December 8, 2006. Government of Croatia responded to
points on January 4, 2007. As Croatia is in the process of
negotiation with the EU regarding becoming a member state, GOC will
follow the EU position on changing controls for both Dronabinol and
Oripavin.
