1. Post delivered reftel document to Assistant Minister
of Foreign Affairs Pjer Simunovic November 20 and he repeated
GoC support for the Global Initiative. Just ahead of
November 25 Parliamentary elections, he was unable to name a
definitive POC or commit to attendance at the proposed
January workshop. Post will engage on this issue again when
a new Minister of Foreign Affairs is in place, which could
take several weeks.
