(C) We delivered reftel points to Varsenik Baghdassarian,
head of the MFA International Organization Department's
United Nations desk, on May 3. The head of the department,
Dzunik Aghadjanian, our usual interlocuter on this issue, was
out of the office. Baghdassarian noted that it would be
difficult for Armenia not to support its friend, Belarus, in
the election. We will follow up with Aghadjanian when she
returns to work.
