Econoff personally delivered reftel demarche on August 31, 2007 to
Ashley Kai Fong, the Head of New Zealand's Financial Intelligence
Unit - located within NZ Police Headquarters. Mr. Kai Fong said he
would take the information contained in the demarche under
advisement and share with other responsible interlocutors within the
New Zealand Government. He was mindful of the need to maintain
confidentiality and although he could no give an immediate response
