1. (C) Acting Econ Counselor delivered reftel talking
points to Olga Zawadzka-Kucharska of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Department of Development Assistance (Polish AID).
Ms. Zawadzka-Kucharska explained that her department had
already allocated all of its voluntary contributions for the
2007 fiscal year to other projects and would not be able to
contribute to the Special Tribunal this year. However, the
Ministry will consider a contribution to the Tribunal for
next and subsequent years.
