We delivered reftel points to Darius Staniulis, Head of the
MFA's Human Rights and NGOs Division, on November 15. He
agreed with all reftel points. He said the GOL agrees that
the resolution should not be amended. He added that if the
resolution were substantially changed the GOL, in a move that
would likely be coordinated in advance with EU member states
and the U.S., might be forced to remove itself as a cosponsor
of the resolution.
