We delivered Department fact sheet, joint statement, and
reftel non-paper to Dovydas Spokauskas, attache in the MFA's
Arms Control, Non-Proliferation, and Disarmament Division, on
July 31. He thanked us for the information and added that
his Division was following the situation closely. He said
that the GOL looked forward to learning more about the
U.S.-India agreement, perhaps at the NSG meetings this Fall.
