Attendance of the Head of State: -- President Valdas ADAMKUS will attend, unless unforeseen events change his plans. -- Arrival and departure dates are not yet determined. He will be present for the General Debate. -- His spouse, Mrs. Alma ADAMKIENE, will attend. -- Interpretation will not be needed. ¶B. Attendance of the Head of Government. -- Prime Minister Gediminas KIRKILAS will not attend. (If the President does not come, the Prime Minister is likely to come in his place.) ¶C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister. -- Foreign Minister Petras VAITEIKUNAS will attend. -- Arrival and departure dates are not yet determined.
