1. (C) We delivered reftel points to Vyta Naujokaityte of the
MFA's Common Foreign and Security Policy Division.
Naujokaityte told us that FM Petras Vaitiekunas's briefing
book is still being prepared for the July 23 GAERC. He plans
to make a short statement about Kosovo and the WTO.
2. (C) Naujokaityte accepted our non-paper and assured us she
would share it with the Director of the European Union
Department, who is preparing the briefing book for FM
Vaitiekunas. She thanked the USG for the information
included in the non-paper.
