(SBU) On February 20, post conveyed reftel information on the domestic USG designations of three additional Iranian entities to Elisabeth Ottawa, Terrorism Financing Coordinator in the Ministry of Finance's (MoF) Financial Markets Directorate. Post also passed the information to the MFA's International Security Cooperation Office and to the Ministry of Economics' Directorate General for Foreign Trade Policy. ¶2. (SBU) In a follow-up with the MoF's Financial Markets Unit, Angelika Schloegel told us that she passed the information to the MoF's Export Guarantee Division, which in turn informed the Kontrollbank (Ex-Im Bank equivalent).
