CONSULTATIVE PROCESS - OCEANS AND LAW OF THE SEA, NEW YORK,

1. In response to reference A, USUN grants country
clearance for all members of the U.S. Delegation to the
United Nations Open Ended Informal Consultative Process for
Oceans and Law of the Sea in New York from June 25-29, 2007.
2. Unescorted access within USUN is granted only to State
Department members of the delegation. Access to classified
materials and work stations is also only granted to State
Department members of the delegation. If members of the
delegation from other U.S. agencies desire the same access as
State Department members, their security clearances should be
faxed by their respective agency's special security office to
USUN's Regional Security Office at 212-415-4174.
3. USUN POC is James Donovan at 212-415-4300.
