¶1. In response to REFTEL, mission clearance is granted for
ISN/MNSA officer William F. Menold Jr. to attend the first
one-week session, beginning June 25, of the open-ended
working group (OEWG) on convening a fourth special session of
the UNGA devoted to disarmament (SSOD IV).
¶2. UNGA Resolution 61/60 authorized the establishment of
this OEWG, which will meet in three one-week sessions during
2007, i.e., June 25-29, July 30-August 3, and August 27-31.
