This is an action cable please see paragraph 5. ¶2. USUN has faxed to Department (IO/MPR-David Leis and EUR-IO/EX/FM-Alice Green) two notes from the SYG dated January 19, 2007 concerning the financing of the International Tribunals for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the Territory of Rwanda (ICTR) for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2007 which have been assessed and remain payable by the U.S. Government as follows: - ICTY $41,806,397 - ICTR $34,201,059 ¶3. The notes state that funds are urgently required for the financing of these operations and are due within thirty days of receipt of the notes. Bank accounts to which payment may be made are contained in the notes. ¶4. The notes also state that as of January 19, 2007 the following amounts remain payable by the U.S. Government for prior years: - ICTY $12,946,931 - ICTR $16,924,556 ¶5.
