Request country clearance for the following USNATO team members invited to accompany the NATO International Staff Ministerial Task Force Planning Team on a visit to Ohrid, Macedonia from March 12 to March 16, 2007. The purpose of this visit is to attend meetings and site visits lead by the Director of the Macedonian Ministerial Task Force and to prepare a logisitical support plan for the U.S. Delegation attending the NATO EAPC Security Forum in Ohrid, Macedonia, 28 - 29 June 2007. ¶2. The USNATO participants are as follows: NAME / TITLE: David W. Simons, Deputy Management Advisor CLEARANCE: CTS NAME / TITLE: Carl W. Hale, Deputy Director, Operations and Programs CLEARANCE: CTS ¶3. The team will arrive in Skopje on Monday, March 12 on the OS 799 flight at 15:30 and depart Skopje on Friday, 16 March on the LX 4183 flight at 13:50. ¶4. Transportation for the USNATO team to and from Ohrid will be provided by the Macedonian Ministerial Task Force. No Embassy assistance for transportation is required. ¶5. The USNATO team will depart Ohrid for Skopje on March 15 and plan to brief Embassy Skopje on March 16. Request hotel reservation of two single rooms within per diem in Skopje for the night of March 15. ¶6.
