Mochizuki. Mochizuki noted that Ambassador McKinley had
approached the Japanese Ambassador to Geneva seeking support
for a third term. Japan will not support Ambassador
McKinley, and will "give due consideration" to Ambassador
Swing, but is holding out to see if any EU country candidates
surface, reported Mochizuki.
