MOFA Policy Coordination Division officer Sonoda on April 2
and asked that he share it immediately with Japan's G-7
Political Director, Deputy Foreign Minister Mitoji Yabunaka.
Sonoda explained that DFM Yabunaka was already en route to
Berlin, but promised to forward the message to Japan's
embassy in Berlin, with a request that it be given
immediately to Yabunaka.
