1. EMBASSY received MFA Diplomatic Note Number DES/TO-693/06
granting approval for the Nancy Foster Marine Research Vessel
to conduct marine scientific research.
2. Following is the text of the diplomatic note: The
Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the
Embassy of the United States of America and, with reference
to the Embassy's Note No. 173/06 of 21 November 2006,
requesting approval for the Nancy Foster Marine Research
Vessel to visit the trrritorial waters of Saba, St. Eustatius
and St. Maarten from 22 March until 12 April 2007, has the
honor to inform the EMBASSY that permission has been granted
by the competent authorities. (Complementary closing)) The
