(U) On October 24, POLOFF conveyed reftel points to Vincent
Roza at the Coordination and Institutional Affairs Division
within the UN and International and Financial Institutions
Department of the Dutch MFA . The Dutch promised to give
"due consideration" to Walker for the UN Independent Audit
Advisory Committee (IAAC) position. Roza had only recently
received information on the candidates from Spain and
Switzerland, and would evaluate them "on the merits."
