(S/NF) In response to reftel, Honduras has received no
financial pledges or spending commitments from Venezuela. The
"Venezuela Dollar Diplomacy" spreadsheet posted on the
SIPRNET site for Embassy Caracas lists the sale of fuel at
favorable terms as the only commitment to Honduras, but no
confirmed sales have yet occurred. Post will forward
information if any Venezuelan aid is promised and/or
delivered in the future.
