The local NGO Georgian Young Lawyers Association (GYLA) recently completed the documentary to highlight labor trafficking and the consequences for victims. The film, shot in Georgia, includes actual stories of labor exploitation and information from experts on trafficking prevention and victim assistance. The documentary will be shown on Georgian TV channels to heighten public awareness beginning in January 2008. End Summary. ¶2. (U) As part of its USAID sponsored contract, GYLA recently completed a documentary film in Georgian on labor trafficking under the auspices of the "No to Trafficking in Persons Project." The documentary, a 25 minute short, produced by the Georgian company "Art Magic" and directed by Dali Pridonashvili, includes interviews by Giorgi Chkheidze, GYLA Chair, Sozar Subari, Public Defender, and Ia Dadunashvili, of the International Labor organization.
